Our History
1994
In 1994 SITELCO, is an Information and communications technology company (ICT) which was a subsidiary of Southern Telephone Company (SITELCO) was a family owned company; an Internet & Telephone provider that has a congressional franchise for 50 years since 1994 within the 1st district of Iloilo that serves over 3000 subscribers. SITELCO had been consistently dominated the subscribers market in the telecommunications in the 1st district because it has invested in the FIBER connectivity years before PLDT had rolled out FIBER in the area.
2016
2016, PLDT had offered SITELCO an acquisition its assets & subscribers. Iloilo 3B Business Service was originated due to the 2 years transition ruling given by the National Telecommunication Commissions since we can no longer use the SITELCO Company. Since then, Iloilo 3B Business Service, Inc, had continuously been a local business partner of PLDT and SMART being one of the main sales distribution arm of PLDT in the entire Panay Islands with services as follows:
- PLDT, SMART and Cignal TV Bill Deliveries
- SMART Money Remittance Center (PAYMAYA Center)
- SMART E-loading/Prepaid Distributions

2019
2019 – i3B has been awarded by MORE Electric and Power Corporation (MORE) as the main contractor to provide the following support and services:
- Electric Meter Mapping, Locating and Geo-tagging (i3B Geo-Tagging System)
- Meter Reading with Real Time Geotags, Date and Time Stamp
- Statement of Account Delivery
- Customer and Geotag Mapping
- Disconnection and Reconnection Electricity Services
i3B had continuously provided business utilities solutions & support to MORE Electric and Power Corporation (MORE) and to its more than 80,000 electric subscribers.
2020
2020 – i3B, was awarded by FULRUBELL CORPORATION for SMART Cell site Lithium-Ion Battery Installation, Testing & Commissioning for the entire Visayas region.
2020
2021- i3B, was awarded by FULRUBELL CORPORATION to be the General Contractor for the Tech Refresh Project & Service Facility Project for the entire Visayas Region, which comprises Installation, testing & commissioning of the following:
- Genset
- Shelter Pad
- Cell Site aircon
- Rectifier
- Lithium-Ion Battery
Iloilo 3B, has currently 196 staff all over the Visayas Region & Palawan. We have in-house Civil, Electrical & Electronic Engineer’s which are deployed to our various Cell-site projects in our areas of operations. We also have electrical lineman’s which provide services to 83,000 MORE Power subscribers for the Electrical wiring tracing, disconnection & re-connection contract.
Iloilo 3B, Has invested needed vehicles for our service & operations contracts such as three Man-lift Trucks, two 12 wheeler truck, 18 service vehicles across PLDT, Cell-site projects & PLDT Sales distributions.
